A monovarietal olive oil from Abruzzo. This is a great oil for pastry. Perfect match for dark chocolate. Its peculiarity is the presence of tannins, allowing a harmonious pairing with its bitter and spicy notes. A must try with toasted sourdough bread, 70% dark chocolate, and a couple of salt flakes.
